Everyone should have a Doula, I don't think I could have done so well without one.

Sarah helped me to enjoy the end of my pregnancy and to put my mind at ease about the labour. I actually enjoyed the labour and she sat with me through the night so that hubby could get some rest.

The postnatal care was of a huge benefit and she helped me to persevere with the breast feeding - without that help I KNOW I would have stopped after a few weeks.

She was the friend I needed at the time and was invaluable to us all.
